Membership in the
Astor Forest Property Owners Association

The Astor Forest Property Owners Association (AFPOA) is a non-profit community organization. Members must be property owners in the Astor Forest Campsite community to qualify for voting membership in the association. Renters in the Astor Forest Campsite community can also join as associate members, but only property owners who are members have voting privileges.
Benefits of Membership:
As a member of the AFPOA your dues help us:

  • Sustain a safe and healthy environment for the residents of our community
  • Work with other community organizations and Lake County to acquire capital improvements (roads, street lights canal maintains, etc.)
  • Maintain close relationships with the Lake County Sheriff and Fire Departments
  • Provide you with community and AFPOA volunteer opportunities
  • Provide special gatherings and other membership only events
  • Help us maintain AFPOA’s properties, clubhouse, storage facility, private park and boat ramp
  • Monthly Newsletters and notification of special events
  • And most of all, you meet great people that love the Astor Community and love to have FUN!

Membership year begins January 1st and ends December 31st

To pay with CASH, please print out an application form & bring it with your cash payment to an AFPOA meeting, an AFPOA event or hand deliver it to an AFPOA Board Member.
